MITECH has recently reported that it has suffered more than 50,000 monthly attacks on its corporate website by hackers, who have messed up some pages presenting products and services, especially in the English version.
It seems to be a global trend: cybercrime incidents are increasing throughout Italy and worldwide, especially to the detriment of companies and institutions, by means of ransomware attacks, i.e. inspired by the aim of making money and not by the intention of exfiltrating sensitive data.
